Affinity Care and Support Services was established in 2019, in Prescot, Merseyside, England. We offer all our service users care package that suit their individual needs and all our caregivers are directly hired by us.
We pride ourselves in the provision of highly skilled caregivers who provides quality person centred care and support services that promotes independence within the community. Our Management has over 10 years experience in Health and Social Care, with qualifications in Masters of Arts in Health and Social Care, Masters of Science in International Human Resource Management, CIPD Level 7, LLB (Hons), CMI Advanced Level 5 in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
Our managers and caregivers go through regular training and updates to keep their practice up to standard. We guarantee our caregivers will provide excellent standards of care as they follow individual care plans that are reviewed on regular basis in order to ensure that care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of our clients.
We conduct performance reviews on our operations to ensure that we achieve our goals. As a result, we welcome feedback from our service users and their friends and family.
