Domiciliary Care, Live in Care and Supported Living Services

Affinity Care and Support Services provides personalised Domiciliary Care, Live in Care and Supported Living Services. The services range from 30 minutes to 24 hours and our care givers are well trained to support our service users to live independently.

Personal Care Services

We provide help in the following areas:

Grooming, dressing and appearance
Support with eating/feeding
Encourage regular changing and washing of bedding, clothes etc
Washing/bathing/showering
Assisting with teeth/denture care
Assisting with shaving
Assisting with hair washing
Assisting with toileting
Assisting with transfers from bed/chair/toilet
Assisting with medication
Helping with getting up and going to bed
Hospital visits

Home Help Services

Many of our service users enjoy living in the comfort of their own home however they find it difficult to achieve certain task on their own. So, our carers will provide help in the following areas-:

Meal preparation
Shopping
Household tasks
Paying bills etc
Washing and ironing
Independence in the community
Healthy living
Check-in visits

Night Care Services

At night-time some of our service users might require reassurance from our carers due to one reason or another. Affinity Care and Support Services offers waking night care and sleeping night care.

Waking night care - our carer stays awake to attend to the needs of the service user between the hours of 2200 till 0700.
Sleeping night care - is in place to support the service users who require minimal support during the night. Our carer will sleep at the service users’ home and they will be on call if required
Sit ins (24 hrs)

Live in Care Services

Our 24-hour live-in care services ensures that our service users continue to live independently in their own homes with around-the- clock caregiver. We ensure that you get dedicated, professional, and experienced carer's right across the UK.

Companionship Services

We also provide companionship services which are tailored to meet individual needs to live a fulfilling life. Our service users might want a holiday companion, someone to have conversation with, a companion to support with community reintegration e.g. going out for lunch, Bingo, bill payment, writing or reading

Respite Services

When you need to take time for yourself from caring for your loved ones, we are always there to step in and ready to provide respite relief.

Supported Living Services

Our Supported Living service users will have their own tenancy, whereby they will have their own accommodation and hold their own keys to their house. They will have independence to make decisions about who they live with, how they are supported if they choose to be supported and who can support them.
